Industrial water shortage is worldwide concern. Freshwater resources get attention increasingly. With industrial water consumption growth, water level has been drawdown to risk in some places. Using Air -cooling technology to construct power plant in the coal-rich and water-shortage places can save local water, which meets sustainable development strategy. To bulit an air-cooled weather data system is of great significance and role to improve various aspects of meteorological parameters, to determine the working efficiency, the reasonable parameters and reliability and to improve design quality of the product. Based on this, for our hospital (Electric Power Design Institute) work characteristics and circumstances, we make full use of procedures and database development for our hospital meteorological parameters of air-cooling system, designed to achieve air-cooling process of meteorological parameters.The main objectives of Air cooling system for the meteorological parameters is equitable put forward the air-cooling meteorological parameters analysis results, this system combines the computer information technology and network platform , switches the design process which can be standardized design from the traditional manual to software calculation, and reaches the goal of shorten working hours, improve work efficiency and ensure the correctness of the design calculation results..In this paper, statistical analysis of meteorological parameters air-cooling based on combination of software engineering knowledge, design and development of the meteorological parameters of air-cooling system. System is mainly used C / S architecture, based on Visual Basic language and the Microsoft Access database development. The system of meteorological data as the basis of the data, first select the data from the required basic data, then statistical analysis of meteorological parameters of the model calculations on the final results of the analysis in tabular or graphical form of expression.The Meteorological parameters of air-cooling system includes login screen, data, calculation and analysis, graphics, conditions selection module to complete the analysis of meteorological parameters and air-cooled filter. This thesis takes Lunengzhundong plant engineering in Mongolia as example to elaborate air-cooling meteorological parameters analysis system. First this thesis describes natural environment of engineering area, climate characteristics, local meteorological stations and information situation. Wind, temperature relationship analysis is followed conducted between factory site and weather stations, including winds, temperature in obervation period and typical year. Finally regression analysis is taken place to transform wind, temperature from weather stations to factory site. This system can cold provide scientific basis for air elephant analysis.Through data collection and establishment of a database, data processing and validation, data conversion, correlation analysis and calculation, the cumulative frequency calculation, the wind rose mapping, this thesis completes the factory site meteorological parameters of air-cooling system design. The results can be used for the next meteorological parameters of air-cooled, which have a practical value.
