Vehicle Traveling Data Recorder Data Collection And Analysis And Management System Design And Implementation

Along with the development of science technology and improvement of people's life quality, the requirement of safely driving car has been more and more important. How to effectively suppress overspeed, fatigue driving and other traffic violation behavior, how to correct the drivers'wrong driving habit, and how to get the real responsibility judgement of traffic accidents have been important subjects on auto safety field. We need a recording device like aircraft black box, which could real-time record driving speed, time-consuming, mileage and all abnormal status in the driving procedue. All these recorded data could be analyzed to get abundant information like the accident doubtful point, the drivers'overspeed.Based on the above requirements, this thesis studied and realized one car recorder. The main contents are included:1. Hardware system design. Using a low power consumption ARM9 hardware platform with s3c2410 CPU, we design a device with rich functions such as driving speed record, driving status record, and GPS. Herein the the overall design, module design and the technology of embedded system are discussed;2. Software design. The designed software running on the device is realized under the embeded linux operation system and a functional GUI library as MINIGUI. The software on upper monitor is based on the USB/Com/TCP communications, which are in charge of data collection from the record device, analysis and processing. Using the software, we can monitor the driving state of the drivers, and get the drivers'driving reports. Otherwise, we also implement other information management like car, drivers, car fleet managment.
