With the development of information technology education,universities and colleges have more and more applications. After a long Period of informatization, they include many subsystems: personnel management systems,educational administration system,student management system,scientific research and business management systems. Subsystems arise at different times and use different application technologies. How to effectively use these information resources to realize the information sharing and make informatization further promote the educational Administration and management effieieney has become an important issue in campus Information technology.Based on the available researches on the campus smart card system, along with the demand analysis, we developed a campus smart card system. The system is divided into some sub-systems; the realization and the flowchart of each subsystem are described in detail. The TCP/IP communication interface is adopted in our system, and the SQL Server and the Asp technology is employed.The constructed system is applied in the practical environment and the application result show that the campus smart card system could help to realize digital consume in standardization on management and the goal of finance concentrative management and campus. The developtiment of this product is very important to realize"Easy living in the campus with a campus smart card".
