The prevention and measurement of geological disaster have been subjected to various national attentions, and the recent frequent geological disasters in the world show the importance of prediction. Since the prediction can not only ensure people's personal and property safety but also provide reliable guarantee to the national stability and development, it requires us to apply faster and more accurate approach to prevention in advance. However, in some special application situations, such as high electromagnetic interference, inflammable and explosive, or highly corrosive environment, the traditional electric temperature detection system can not meet the practical needs while in this area temperature sensor using optical fiber technology has its unique advantages. According to different implementations, fiber-optic sensors have their own characteristics and the corresponding application situation.In such a research background, by integrating the development experience of some developed countries, this paper makes the analysis of the temperature data and strain data from the fiber optic strain sensor on the dam, which is realized by the software using C# language. Developed on the basis of demand analysis and reasonable system architecture, this software can make analysis of various forms of collected data and form the line comparison chart under different temperature and strain, so as to detect the hidden geological dangers.
