As the development of electronic product manufactury become faster. The world electronic products and hardware assembly production has been comprehensively transition to the SMT as the core of production.SMT production line greatly improve the PCB production efficiency,reduced production costs and improve the product quality. In the process of industrial modernization, the virtual manufacturing technology has played a more and more important role.It not only can reduce industrial production costs and industrial product precision, performance, beautiful degree of improvement. So virtual manufacturing in modern manufacturing system plays an important role. The virtual manufacturing technology is very large and complex system engineering, is an emerging disciplines, from be poseed, the VM technology research achieved many results. In abroad, virtual manufacturing has been widely used in industrial production, and has played a huge role.This paper developed a EDA documents based on the SMT virtual manufacturing system, and applied for a Chinese invention patent.In this paper Use two of extensive EDA softwareas Cadence and Mentor Graphice as the research object.Using Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 write software to extract information in EDA file, and writing this information to the middle file.Base on the 3D modeling technology,establish SMT production silk-screen printing machine model,with the VM technology,create silk-screen printing machine CAM programming and dynamic simulation for the first time in our country.At last, analyzed the various SMT production process,according to the different PCB structure designed by EDA,design ideal process for its structure. Simulation key machine operation in Macromedia Flash 8,and make the product line process visibility.
