Currently, silicon solar cells occupy most of the solar power market and its efficiency,cost has been a hot research scholars. The equipment’s accuracy, efficiency and cost haveimportant impact on the final product’s competitiveness. This paper focuses on the key issuesin the screen printing production line control system design and realization.(1) Analysis the process of production line,equipments’ distribution, and requirements ofcontrol system. Design a system based on industrial PC and MP2100field bus motion controlcard of YASKAWA for the core equipment’s core motion control system design. Design aPLC control system for auxiliary equipment in the production line.(2) Analysis the screen printing equipment’s AC servo motor’s control, the use of anexternal sensor to locate the silicon on the belt, linear motor’s high speed control as well asstepper motor control’s problem and provide the solutions.(3)Analysis the movement, load and inertia of the cam mechanism which is mostdifficult to control in the system. In order to get better control effect, the article build ACservo motor and cam mechanism’s mathematical modeling.(4) Select the single neuron adaptive PID to do the control simulation with themathematical model in MATLAB. The simulation results show that the single neuron PIDcontrol has high precision and good stability. The experiment with PMAC motion control cardtest the reaction of system to load disturbance of the cam mechanism. Simulation andexperiment show that s-curve can run more smoothly and improved the efficiency.The control system has been applied in the silicon screen printing production line inUgren Ltd. It is proved that this control system has meet the accuracy and efficiency of theproduction line.
