In recent years, with the development of internet information technology and the rise of e-commerce, the development of manufacturing informatization has drawn more and more concerns from manufacture enterprises and local governments. Manufacturing informatization can greatly reduce the difference between the capacity for information access of enterprise and scale economy. But the development of Chinese Manufacturing informatization is not satisfactory. As chinese major technical equipment manufacturing R & D and production base, the city of Deyang has China National Erzhong Group Co., Dongfang Electric machinery Co.,LTD and Dongfang Turbine Co.,LTD three state-owned heavy equipment manufacturers and nearly a thousand small and medium manufacturing enterprises which are mainly provide parts and components for the three heavy equipment company.In this paper the author first comprehensive analysis, the social fashionable enterprise informationization platform, and the information platform that created by local governments and industry associations, Expounds the characteristics and working principle of ASP technology. Disscuss and construct dynamic manufacturing informatization platform, complete function modules' division according to the information platform's requirement analysis, and analysis the structure of each modules, and construct the overall frame structure of the information platform on the basis of the analysis.Second the author discussed the development environment and configuration of ASP information platform in detail. Choose Dreamweaver as the web editor for the development of informationization platform, Microsoft Access as the platform system's backend database. Complete the construction the information platform's development environment in Windows operating environment, completes the definition of web sites in Dreamweaver. Design and create the database according to the analysis, To support the dynamic function in corresponding modules in this platform system. Define data sources in the machine system, And complete the connection between the information platform and database.In this paper achieved the design function of some modules, discuss and analyse the working mode and process of the information platform's on-line collaborative module, and the production mode of the cooperation between across the enterprises, and the workflow management in the environment of cooperation between more enterprises.
