On the future near space aircraft, the laser communication terminal exist as a very important equipment, its mass is enslaved to the aircraft'carrying capacity and other equipment's mass, if it cut down 1kg, perhaps, it take the whole communication station a break through. So for the laser communication, light-weighting design of the laser communication terminal is considered very significant.Firstly, introduce the research situation of the near space and the development of light weight design, then assay the mechanical environment, make static analysis and dynamics analysis, in the process of dynamics analysis, include inner frame's harmonic response analysis and the laser communication terminal's random vibration analysis. Base on the result of these analyses choose component to do optimization. This paper takes the case of the inner frame to repress the process of the optimization. This optimization makes main use of the tool of the'workbench'. In the end, the assemble-body was made static analysis and dynamic analysis again. |
