In the filed of space laser communication,in this thesis, a laser communication terminal which is used on vehicle platform is designed and manufactured.Firstly, through the domestic and international research status, vibration characteristics and work environment in space and link feature of the vehicle platform, system technical indicators are determined. Based on theoretical analysis of kinematics and dynamics, the mechanical structure of two-axis stabilized turntable is designed, and the influence that caused by the deviation of elevation and azimuth and turntable motion parameters. Through analyzing on mechanical structure using software ANSYS, its static characteristics meet the requirement of the strength Index and the dynamic characteristics meet resonant frequency requirements. Design of PID controller for DC torque motor is accomplished in the end. According to the theoretical analysis,prototype is designed and manufactured.
