With the development of wireless access technology, mobility becomes an indispensable feature next-generation Internet, the introduction of mobility in the IP layer through the integration of different wireless access technology, applications can provide a unified transport platform. When the regional mobile users to switch frequently, there will be service degradation or interruption of business and so on; it requires switching wireless access with good performance in order to reduce latency, reduce packet loss, switching seamlessly as possible.The emergence of IPv6 is a milestone in mobile computing. Mobile IPv6 is still a development agreement extended to the application of the former are still many problems to be improved. Standard Mobile IPv6 protocol from the home agent (HA) to maintain the location information of mobile nodes to complete the network layer mobility management, home agent to support both data transmission and node mobility. Standard Mobile IPv6 handoff management scheme deficiencies:When moving into a new subnet nodes need to communicate to the client or the home agent sends a binding update message. To bring a large number of redundant backbone network packet information, a waste of network resources; especially when the MN away from home network, the switch will cause greater delay, causing a serious loss.To address the above problems, it proposed a series of switch management program, the network idea is roughly divided into different domains, the mobile node moves into macro-mobility (inter-domain mobility) and Micro-Mobility (Mobile area), which standard mobile IPv6 protocol to manage the domain move, while the use of micro-mobility management scheme to manage the domain move. The movement of these zoning management program to some extent reduced the MN and CN to the HA binding up the cost; but in the region continue to use the process to switch between the standard mobile IPv6 protocol, switching between the domain will have a greater delay.This article analyzes the mobile switching process deficiencies. In the process of regional mobile IPv6 based on the analysis, a dynamic cascade mechanism to relay the process of regional switch can switch between the domain into a domain switching, fast switching seamlessly. Relay again after the cascade mechanism applied to HMIPv6, combined with fast switching ideological pre-registered to realize a new switch management program. The cascade switching solution that can change in a dynamic region in the process of elimination of inter-domain handoffs, and reduced switching overhead, fast switching seamlessly. After the way through the use of mathematical derivation of the performance of the new program were analyzed and compared with the HMIPv6 proved the superiority of the optimization program. Finally, simulation environment, built using the NS simulation software, add the appropriate modules for mobile IPv6, Simulation verify the feasibility of the optimization program.
