Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance Management System

Rural cooperative medical insurance is a special insurance our country established which is in order to benefit the broad masses of peasants.Despite starting a litter late, but it covers lots of aspects. Realizing rural cooperative medical insurance with computer management is an urgent matter.Based on rural cooperative medical insurance, its basic principle and method of implement are studied.This paper describes design and development process of the rural cooperative medical insurance management system. Besides,expound how to realize functions in the designing process of the system. Software based on C/S structure is developed in order to achieve management functions of business.The specific work as follows.On the analysis of current situation and development tendency of rural cooperative medical insurance, we take a research on structure and essential technology of the system, and determine client/server as the final structure of the system.According to the actual business situation of the related departments, we fulfill the requirement analysis of the system, draw the flow chart and data flow chart about rural cooperative medical insurance.Also design the specific functions of the system and further details of it.We apply SQL Server 2000 enterprise manager tools to database of the rural cooperative medical insurance system,including how to establish database, table and view,as well as stored procedures which is based on data process.Besides,we separate the front code and back code in order to achieve the specific functions of the corresponding subsystems.Rural cooperative medical insurance system in rural management unit carry out analysis and design of the system to the existing one. Analysis mainly focus on user' needs, data standardization, data flow system and so on. Meanwhile analysis of specific functions of the system are accomplished. Users can use this system for adding, querying, deleting and other operations.So we can not only effectively avoid big drawbacks of the manual workload, reduce users'load, but also can carry out the work better. While only those with the competence of the management system can access such sensitive data, no authorized users are not allowed to use the system. This fully protects security of the system.
