Water is the source of life. Similarly, the water supply in the coal mine is also the top priority and leave the water, the whole mine can not be produced. Automation control equipment and technology to achieve constant pressure water supply, is an inevitable trend in the field of technological innovation of water supply. Despite this constant pressure water supply at home and abroad have already conducted a number of related studies, the underground water supply constant pressure studies of relatively is small. That is precisely the coal mine operations and safety issues to being addressed urgently.Based on a large number of literature search and analysis, This paper introduces the current status for the mine water supply systems, analyses the limitations and inadequacies of the existing water supply systems in underground coal mines and characteristics of constant pressure water supply system, proposes automatic decompression deep water supply programs based on downhole pressure measurement, frequency conversion and energy conservation on well.The water supply system breaks the original construction of the traditional water supply pool pump model in the bottom, to achieve decompression of the deep water, enhancing the level of automation in China coal mine water which has a very good reference value.According to the proposed control schemes, combined with actual situation of tang mouth coal kilometers deep well, with MATLAB simulation software for field simulation, after the repeated testing the system control parameters preliminarily determines, and carefully designed a set of intelligent decompression water supply control system. The system is mainly composed of the control system of single-chip microcomputer underground pressure measuring and PLC, and the system of aboveground energy saving control transducer. The signal acquisition under a kilometer deep well through the pressure sensor, after enlargement and the A/D transformation, after the signal processing using single chip processor, then transmits through the ADAM-4520 transformation module and the ADAM-4510 module the information long-distance range to the ground PLC controller. PLC accepts the information and carries on the PID operation according to the control requirements, and according to the operation results to control the voltage and frequency of inverter, by changing the motor speed to change water, guaranteed that the mine shaft water supply pressure stabilizes nearby the setting value.This article has carried on the software and hardware design in view of reduced pressure water supply system.The hardware design mainly includes high-precision A/D converter circuit of two pressure signal by single-chip microcomputer,the circuit of long-distance transmission signal,the circuit of PLC periphery wiring,the control circuit of frequency changer pump switching and so on.The software design mainly includes the procedure of single-chip data acquisition and disposal,the procedures of PLC serial data receive and data validation,the control procedure of constant pressure,the control procedure of water pump fluctuates and the warning procedure.For grasping system's running status promptly,in this article,we carried on the monitoring through the touch-screen to the system through using WinCC flexible 2005 configuration softwares,and the system user-friendly.
