Because of its physical properties, chemical stability and beautiful appearance, both in public buildings or in home decoration, natural stone products have been used as common increasingly. Although the stone processing in China has made great strides, but as result of the late start of stone efficient processing technology, the application of efficient processing technology and parameters matching the variety of stone is more scarce at present, there are still some problems such as high energy consumption production costs and low processing efficiency comparing with Italy and other traditional industrial powers of stone, in order to solve the above problem, the main content of the topic concentrated on the stone efficient processing technology and its efficient database system to be established.Tt is the key to give full use of the performance of tools and equipment by using reasonable and efficient processing plans or parameters, especially for the modern stone processing equipment with higher and higher automation and combination in which the composite processing technology and higher combination of cutting parameters was used increasingly, the basic processing time was reduced significantly, the proportion of the auxiliary time has become larger and larger, it is more and more important for reducing the auxiliary time and basic processing time, Increasing productivity and reducing production costs to take advantage of reasonable or optimized process program and parameters matching the stone species and products in the effective processing time. Accordingly, the study of the topic build a stone efficient processing database system applying SQL Server 2000 and then complete the interface operation functions of the database with Visual Basic 6.0, which have simple forecasting capabilities and distributed architecture, being able to accumulate and store rich stone processing data emerged in production or experimental, achieved the initial operation of the database system, which provide a scientific basis for product processing, organization of production. The general matching relation between the performance and quality of tools, equipment, process plans, processing parameters, cutting liquid and the matching variety of the stone was obtained by studying, based on the removal mechanism in the stone processing, laid the theoretical foundation for the experimental research of stone efficient processing technology; achieve a comprehensive analysis of the various factors that affect the stone processing, study the grading processability model of the stone species, complete the collection of machinability factors of stone species that common used and the stones were graded according to the machinability by introducing the fuzzy matrix, Laid the foundation for the realization of stone efficient processing technology and the reasoning functions of the database system; different varieties of stone have the best combination of process parameters with high efficiency processing. based on the removal mechanism of the stone processing, the experimental study of Wulianhong granite which belongs to the third grade level of the machinability was conducted, using the experimental method which combined single factor experiment and orthogonal combination experiment of two factors, obtained the optimum parameters of the Wulianhong, which would be the scientific basis for the efficient processing realization of the Wulianhong granite and the stones belonging to the same or similar machinability.The research that was studied laid the foundation for the promotion and application of the efficient processing technology matching with the variety of stone, there be practical significance To achieve the efficient processing of stone products in China.
