With the rapid development of science and technology, computer and network technology as the leading information technology has penetrated into all aspects of social life. Precision agriculture technology is relaying on the"3s"technonlogy,information based agricultural information technology ,and is based on the existing field of information and implementation of spatial differences. Thus the development of rapid, efficient collection and processing of agricultural information management system is an important basis and prerequisite conditions for precision agriculture practice . However, ArcGIS, MapInfo and other complex and expensive general-purpose geographic information systems are often not suitable for the needs of agricultural information management. Therefore, this proposed agricultural information management system based on GDAL , it is specifically designed for precision agriculture applications, with advantage of the specific functions, the system streamlined, reasonably priced, less demanding of computer hardware and software configurations and so on.This paper puts forward a reasonable and viable technological route based on the needs of farmers .using VC + + 6.0 as a development platform, and calling GDAL library to achieve some of the GIS's features. With the actual needs of farmers and characteristics of agricultural information systems ,I put forward detailed design and analysis to function modules of the system, especially for spatial database and attribute database,this paper gives a detailed diagram and also make for a data storage model according to analysis farmland properties, Analysis and compare several tense data storage model for farmland characterdistic.in tense function based on dependency concept put forward a new kind of data storage model(tense function dependent relationship model).The model utilizes farmland infromation table of time of eachi attribute model different level of dependency ,the classification of farmland tense infromation table will be split into several children watch,reuse tense relations connection and projection operation with the original information son table realize nondestructive connections,watch the framland information database to realize efficient storage,also reduce a lot of system data redundancy. In the course of the study we used a grid sampling method for sampling, Iiananmen square in the sample point for grid decorate way,for the sampling point data we use the Kriging interpolation algorithm, Combine the generative principle isoline Delaunay triangle in profile into sampling method of data grids,combined with the triangular grid to generate attribute data sampling point contour. Finally, the article shows the sampling point distribution, contour map and other spatial distribution in the form of intuitive graphical block diagram. This system has the features of friendly interface, simple operation, stable performance, graphics, visualization and so on .This system provides a reasonable proposal for the further improving of the agricultural information management system in the future.
