The Study On E-government Information Personalized Service

Nowadays the social informationalization is coming to be the irreversible developing tendency. As the basic and important component of the social informationalization, E-government is also the evaluation criterion of country's competitiveness in 21st century. Although the E-government developed a lot since Nineties 20th century, there is also some informationalization service shortage which cannot fulfill the public's information requirement. The information service of our government's website lacks the communication with public. That causes the contradiction between government's information disclosure and people's information requirement. Then the main problem which need promptly solved is how to let people efficiently search for the information they need.there are new information service in e-commerce field,the library field,the computer field and other fields which is called personalized information services. Personalized information services provide the users information they need mainly through differentiation of user information, from "the user to find information "into "information to find the user, " has brought great convenience to the public, with a strong vitality.In this article, individuation information service is advised to solve the contradiction between huge government information resource and user 's information search. Individuation information service is by user's individuation which is analyzed through their interest and behavior to find the useful information efficiently for different users.First, the resource, type and character of E-government information and three stages of information service will be expounded in this article.
