With the socio-economic developing and the quality of people's life also improving, the number of cars has also been increasing. It caused the serious problem of "parking difficult". The parking area of each store and restaurant is also crowded. It is an inevitable trend to start the underground parking or the three-dimensional parking space. It is pivotal to manage parking reasonably. The underground parking lot relieve the parking phenomenon, but less parking space and numerous vehicle are two factors which restrict the development of socio-economic.There are many entrances and exits to the Parking lot. Generally, for such parking place,the area is larger, the light is poorer and a lot of places need long-term lighting. This not only caused a waste of energy, but affect the life of lighting equipment, if use the original control method to control the light, it not only needs long control link and much more lighting equipment but also has complex control network. Each entrance or exit and driving channel are not between simple one-to-one relationship, so it is difficult to realize the automatic control parking for the interior lighting, so it has to take the continuously lighting mode. Some of the parkings use infrared or sonic switch to control lighting, but only to a small area, and cannot achieve automatic control for all parking lighting. So not only cause huge energy waste, also caused great economic burden to the parking lot property management.It is important to manage the parking lot reasonably and scientific. This article based on the zigbee wireless sensor network, use the console to send wireless command, control the light switch. The parking light is controlled using random transform of cellular automata. The drivers could find a parking space and a short route to the parking space quickly. This is achieved by the light of the parking lot using NASCH model. The system is important to the uneven distribution of parking demand in time and space, improve the parking space utilization rates, reduce to find parking space and produce road traffic because of the parking lot, reduce waiting time caused by parking, improve the efficiency of the use of the parking lot, improve the operation conditions and increase the economic vitality of business areas, and so on. It plays an extremely important role.
