In recent years,the Cellular Automaton model has been widely used in various spatial regularity analysis.Its rasterized model structure,"bottom-up" modeling framework,and independent operation,parallel computing method fit power system spatial law analysis well.However,with the development of power system lean management and global energy internet,the analysis of power system source and load spatial pattern faces new problems.How to improve the state discrete and regularity of Cellular Automaton model correspondingly to improve its analytical ability,in order to grasp the power system source and load spatial law better,becomes an important question on power system research.This paper focuses on Cellular Automaton and its application in spatial load forecasting and PV power station location.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the basic principle,model structure and application of Cellular Automaton,especially in the application of power system,are systematically analyzed.It is concluded that in order to solve the problem by using Cellular Automaton better,the cellular state discretization and transformation rules are two aspects that should be focused on,and must be optimized according to the problem to be solved.In this paper,the optimization of cell transformation rules is further discussed based on the problem of the location of photovoltaic power plants.Secondly,a new method based on Cellular Automaton is proposed to solve the problem that energy substitution is not considered in spatial load forecasting.Taking the economic benefit,environmental benefit and energy saving benefit as the substitute standard,considering the influence of neighbour energy substitution,and based on the Cellular Automaton model,the spatial modeling method of energy substitution is put forward,and promote existing spatial load forecasting method.Finally,in view of the fact that the existing PV plant location methods cannot consider the dynamic interaction between the construction of the power station and the development of area properly,discusses the influences from the change of land use type,population transfer,industry change and consequent indirect economic benefit and so on.Based on the Cellular Automaton and Lowry model,a method of site selection of PV power station considering regional dynamic development is proposed,which realizes the quantification of the dynamic effects and the optimization of the photovoltaic power station location selection.In conclusion,this paper has made some progress in improving the development of Cellular Automaton rules,PV power station location selection considering area development benefits and the spatial load forecasting considering energy substitution.And this paper improves the applicability of Cellular Automaton to solve the problems,at the same time,promotes the study of power system source and load spatial distribution law.
