Network Opinion Trends Research

This paper firstly discusses the general public opinion, analyzes the historical evolution of public opinion and its implication. And it argues that the public opinion is the expression beliefs, attitudes, opinions and mood performance combined about the various social phenomenon and problems what the public thinks. This paper thinks that public opinion with relative consistency, intensity and sustainability, can affect social development and the process of relevant things.At the same time, the article also probes into the influences of the media in public opinion, examines what the media intervention brings to public opinion. It thinks especially the network media has changed the concepts of space and time about the traditional public opinion, and then, it results in important changes about the elements and forming mechanism of public oplmon.Secondly, this paper generalizes the history about the rise and development of the Internet opinion. It thinks the Internet opinion with the development of network media has the obvious historical stages.2003 is kown as'the year of network opinion' in China, in spite of some development, not big on network opinion before it. Since 2003, the network opinion rises one after another, frequently attracts public attention and guides the trends of social public opinion.Then, this research also probes into the concept and meanings of public opinion, also gernalizes and summarizes its features at present.Again, this study discusses the present environment on network opinion and the supports of its futural developmental trends. It argues that the background of modernity, globle cultural space and ethical holding are what the future direction of network opinion must considers, also are its current existing'ecological environment' Finally, the research preliminarily forecasts further development trends on internet opinion. It argues that the media forms are more diversified, the effects are more independent, the quality is more improving and the ethical is gradually constructed on network opinion. Of course, the forecast is a kind of based on reality and network technology development potential.
