Bibliometric Analysis Of The Research Hotspots And Development Trends Of Electronic Archives In China

With the advent of the information age,electronic archives have provided convenient conditions for people's lives and work,and the promotion of big data technology has brought new directions to the research of electronic archives.In recent years,the research on electronic archives has developed rapidly,which is of great significance to the analysis of hot issues of electronic archives in China.Coupled with the emergence and application of visualization technology,it provides convenient conditions for the research of electronic archives trends and helps to find hot trends in electronic archives research.This research adopted the methods of bibliometrics and visualization,and applied various analysis tools such as SATI,Excel and other electronic archives research results in China to process the literature.Using a variety of analysis methods such as word frequency statistics,annual volume,author cooperation,document source,time series,clustering,and burst words,etc.,maps and statistical tables that can clearly express the current status,research hotspots and research trends of domestic electronic archives And draw the following conclusions:(1)China's electronic archives research began in the 1980 s and has experienced three stages of steady growth,rapid growth,decline,and steady recovery;(2)According to the analysis of the issuing organization,we can intuitively understand that the archives of the Archives Bureau is the main representative in the early stage of the study of electronic archives in China,and the high-efficiency,hospital,and public institution are the main representatives in the middle and late stages;(3)Through the analysis of author cooperation,the degree of cooperation in electronic archives research in China is relatively low,but in the core author area,the cooperation is more obvious,especially in the management of medical and health archives;(4)By drawing a map of keyword cluster analysis,we can find that China's electronic archives research is advancing towards new technologies,new models,and new applications,especially for the research of the electronic archives innovationmanagement model of public institutions.(5)By drawing a time series diagram of e-archive words in electronic archives,it is found that China's electronic archives presents three hot topics: big data,informatization,and archival work.
