This project is part of the aviation weather database upgrade, The System resolves the current aviation weather information service system problems, changes in network operation of the original system model to improve the transfer rate, increases the amount of information services to better meet the parties growing customer demand for weather information。Analysis of the shortcomings of the old system, the original system rate is low, can not meet the growing demand for meteorological services to meet the needs of users of meteorological information, the use of reliable, high-speed, never missing information, MQ middleware as the core communication to ensure data integrity, timeliness, to meet the requirements of a large amount of data to provide timely and accurate weather information and services, improve customer satisfaction, to solve practical problems。In the design process, the system solves two problems, one problem is the transmission rate, the other is reliability. For the transfer rate problems, the most direct way is to reduce the amount of transmitted information, but it will bring another problem, with the reduction in the amount of information not well of meteorological information to meet customer demand, therefore, must be on upgrading the existing transmission network to increase bandwidth. Increase in the amount of data, a problem will cause another generation, is the priority of data transmission and reliability, to meet the users and data providers good interaction system using Websphere MQ as the core middleware, Websphere MQ provides a with the industry standard, secure, reliable messaging system. On this basis the development of new network for communication systems, data processing systems and weather information service system.Designed and implemented MQ-based communication systems, data processing systems and weather information service system. According to the characteristics of meteorological information developed using the object weather information service system, provides users an interactive platform, suitable for any person to use. The system uses the current network architecture the most stable, highly reliable communication software, the popular programming language, not only for present use and easier to upgrade.
