A research and analysis of traditional business services model, traditional service model on efficiency, cost and other sectors, with their drawbacks, while based on combining the needs of business development at this stage, clearly expounded the significant improvements E-service automation system brings. According to the needs analysis, the whole system is divided into several modules. The details of designing and implementation process were well described in, and through the JSP program to achieve the functionality of the system.Presenting as an outcome of the process for applying for Cisco Gold Partner, run as a corporation construction project, thereby, the role definition, business process and system rules are a combination of Cisco's specific business requirements, through the core of the service response process and failure upgrade rules to achieve the goal, provide the best quality services to all customers.The entire system including the overall architecture design, the overall functional design, individual functional sub-module design etc. This modular designing system is flexible to adjust in accordance with the specific requirements of the customs, insisting of fault records management sub-module, RMA management sub-module, system settings sub-module, the alarm rule sub-function modules, customer feedback and reports sub-sub-function modules Function modules, the paper analyzes the various sub-module design ideas.The basement of the automatic service system for E-service automation system is to achieve a B / S architecture, the participants logged on to browse through the WEB server, carry out various operations. Communication function in the system design, we use the E-Mail and text messages, the fault information and alarm information via e-mail and text message sent to the recipient in a timely manner to ensure that the automation system service and timeliness. In this paper, the text description and a screenshots were present to illustrate the implementation process of the overall system.After completing the design of the E-service service automation system, massive strict testing had been finished. Test plans designed strictly on business process. Objectively recorded all the aspects of each step of the test process and nature test results, suggest improvements, which is the basis of making the system quickly on the line. Details of the testing process of the system were presented. Concluded the problems of the E-service service automation systems throughout the implementation process and proposed solutions to the problems, to further improve system reliability and interoperability. Also, outlooking the development of service-related sales and the financial modules, improving the function of the system gradually.
