Alcatel-Lucent network management Alarms Transfer System provides the Alcatel-Lucent's network management system (5620SAM) connection with network operators'fault management systems:short messages, sound and light alarm panels, and emos system. SAM AlarmTransfer improves the capabilities of operators' network management center to manage the network alarms:timely detection, rapid response. AlarmTransfer system is a convenient and flexible system, which is compersited by alarms anaysis and alarms transfer. Rapid and timely dissemination of warning information will reduce the impact of network running.AlarmTransfer system is developed with Java, based on industry-leading J2EE technology. Our system is built of a browser-based three-tier system architecture:the browser / application server / application and database servers, The popular MVC mode is applied for the system structureThe primary content of the paper is about:1,Mastering of Alcatel-Lucent's network management system (5620SAM). Based on the analysis of typical pattern of web program developing, and the characteristic of the Alarms Transfer used by author, the developing pattern and software deploying scheme of Alarm Transfer serving in WEB environment is decided.2,The detail of the Alarms Transfer system requirement analysis. The function level design, the class designation, the system expanding method, and realization of the whole system. On now stage, the Alarm Transfer system had been applied in some of network management center, which can offer simple, unifical, auditly, visual way to monitor alarms from Alcatel-Lucent IP network elements. The system architecture of Alarm Transfer has scalabilty and prespectiveness. With the development of telecommunication network, Alarm Transfer system will be more widely used.
