Design And Implementation On Flexible Statistic Reporting System Of Saic

With the interactive actions of State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) and local authority are getting closer, all kinds of data reported from local authority are more and more concerned by SAIC. To achieve this goal which it made fine accurate and standard decisions from SAIC, the system made a flexible reporting system for SAIC and local authority which can communicate each other and upload-submitted reports flexiblely, and contents a kind of function of report template creating, reporting file, report validation and other functions of system to implement a series of interactive actions between SAIC and local authority. This system is part of JINXIN project, composed of distributing report task to local authority and collecting function which can be figured out difficult issues of Summary report.Five parts were introduced in this paper, which was composed of system requirements analysis, the system design, code realization of key module, module testing and implementation. In the technology selection, the way combined with framework of Struts, Spring, Hibernate framework were chosen in this paper as the system code support. And at the part of report technology selection, this paper chose Apache POI to operate Excel files, to implements the requirements of the flexible statistical systems. Base on user requirements analysis of the State Administration for Industry and the local Authority, and the design of the total consideration of XINJIN project, this paper designed a system based on Microsoft Excel and Excel-based flexible form of custom tags technologies. SAIC business users could summarize and survey data flexibily and easily in all business areas with this system. At the total design and detail design part, it was described the system design of the database, classes design, interface design, and user case design. At the last part, it was presented the important part of system code, test result and the implementation of the system as the ending.The system has been successfully implemented to the JINXIN project, and can collect and summary the data which is reported by local authority by functions of automatic assignment and summary reports. It can reduce the staff cost effectively and improve the work efficiency. And it can improve the accuracy of data reporting and data security, which has been got the same praise from SAIC executives persons, business persons.
