With the opening of the country's policy,many small and micro enterprises have developed rapidly.However,due to the cruel reality of market competition,in order to survive and develop,enterprises can only concentrate limited resources on their main businesses,thus neglecting information construction.Faced with the actual problem of how to break through the sales growth of enterprises,how to analyze the operation data and evaluate the effect of sales policies has become an urgent problem for small business operators.I design an assist decision-making sales system for small enterprise,from the early market research,the medium-term sales tracking,to late policy effectiveness analysis,for the enterprise operator group enterprise resources effectively,adjust sales strategy,achieve provide a good operating results.In this article,C4.5 optimization algorithm based on root attribute priority is proposed on the key technology of decision analysis.The optimized algorithm retains the advantages of the original algorithm and has the following advantages:first,it can quickly generate the tree structure of a specific sub-sample set in a large sample set;The second is to realize the intuitive comparison of data changes before and after under the same tree structure.System design and implementation of the designed to lower costs,will be messy data resources integration,make use of the data analysis,the index system,data visualization methods to display data and information,in order to meet the operator to dig deeper into the data value,improve the operation and decision-making ability.In this paper,an object-oriented and modular design approach is adopted to design the overall architecture and functional modules of the system according to the needs of enterprises.The design includes five functions:sales management,product management,assessment management,decision management and system management.Four business models are designed using data multidimensional combination,including sales model,product model,budget model and assessment model.Design four kinds of index framework,including product sales,customer value,assessment management and cost operation.Design dynamic display information to transform data into charts,such as bar charts,graphs,pie charts,etc.VBA technology is applied in this paper to achieve various functions of the system,and assistant decision-making function is realized by using the decision tree C4.5 algorithm,with enterprise common EXCEL software as a platform,design for different levels of user.System around the easy to operate,easy to maintain,easy to manage design concept,have very strong practical value,the system test using black box testing,and with the customer trial manner.from the point of test results,the design and development of auxiliary decision sales system meet the actual needs of customers.System during the trial,can provide effective management policy,strategy analysis can quickly for a specific consumer groups,as well as the policy results before and after contrast,help customers to optimize and develop more effective business plan.After the use of the system,the monthly average sales increased by 10%,and the system design met the requirements.To sum up,a set of auxiliary sales system designed and developed in this paper can effectively help enterprises save costs,improve data utilization rate and enhance informatization level,providing basis for the formulation of sales policies.It is of great value for the development of the enterprise to help the enterprise operators to understand the operation situation,find out the deficiencies in time,and formulate more effective product sales strategies.
