With the development of the computer technology, image processing and optics, the optical non-contact 3-D profile measurement has become the hotspot in recent years, and its application was widely used. Among them, the development and application of the structure-light projection method for 3-D profile measurement is most extensive, and is recognized as the most promising 3-D profile measurement method. This paper, on the basement of the former, further studies optical 3-D profile measurement method. It effectively improves the speed, accuracy and practical application scope of 3-D profile measurement, and has high value.The first chapter of this paper is the introduction section. The second chapter presents overall design of the 3-D profile measurement integrated mainly includes grating projection, image capture, space transform and filtering, integrated display, etc. The third chapter basically introduces the principle of 3-D profile measurement, the method of Phase demodulation and unwrapping, and introduces hardware conditions and software environment of 3-D profile measurement based on 4-step phase shift method, and gives the integrated design of the structure-light projection and measurement simulation experiment and error analysis of 4-step phase shift method in details,. Chapter four describes the major researches of the effect of spatial filtering cut-off frequency on the accuracy of the 3-D profile measurement, through all sorts of transformation and processing, recovering the high precision 3-D profile, and analyzes the error and reason. The fifth chapter presents the integrated display technology of 3-D profile measurement system with OpenGL programming in VC++, mainly includes the overview, the advantages and basic functions and all kinds of transform of OpenGL, and details the specific steps of realizing 3-D profile outline scale. The sixth chapter summarizes and prospects for the 3-D profile measurement.The innovation points of this paper are as follows:1) Realize the integration of the structure-light projection and measurement.2) The 3-D profile measurement accuracy was greatly improved by choosing cut-off frequency of the filter.3) The integrated display technology of 3-D profile measurement system was realized by OpenGL programming with VC++.4) The 3-D profile measurement integrated was preliminarily designed. It mainly includes grating projection, image capture, space transform and filtering, integrated display, etc.
