The Research And Realization Of Communication Equipment's Monitoring And Controlling Management

At present, DDN equipment,PASSPORT equipment,PDH equipmen,SDH equipment,DDP-500 Dispatch Equipment and two SB305I Time United Equipments are the major communication equipments in our station. Among which, DDN,PASSPORT,DDP-500 Dispatch Equipment use the super teminal of Windows to monitor and manage the equipments; SDH is managed by the center net,the station is not be provided united controlling equipment, the monitoring of each communication equipment is independent mutually,lacking the unified concentrating system of monitoring and managing.,and there is have been existed complicated conditions of many equipments,distribution apart,line linked complicated. SB305I Time United Equipments,DDP-500 Dispatch Equipment,PASSPORT equipment in the East Room of the communications room, SDH equipment, communication power supply equipment, program-controlled switches in the communications room of the West Hall, DDN equipment placed in a separate room, communications room East Hall and West Hall more than ten meters apart, while the DDN from the communications room Rooms are separated by 120 meters, in the Each communication device while on duty must have a technical staff are on duty at the post, in order to protect the 24-hour communication flow, thus the need for more technical staff to shifts on duty, but the current status of all personnel are inadequate, and the man on duty is not efficient such as staffed prone to fatigue, not timely detection and rapid disposal of equipment failures and other issues.For better adjusting to the new military reform,raising the informative level in units,point at the monitorning condition of communication equipments on the present, I offered the reformplan and established the research project《Communication Equipment Monitoring And Cotrolling Management System》.The project will change the pattern of the past communication on duty and controlling management,realize the centralization and initiative of the real time monitoring of DDN,PASSPORT,DDP-500 Dispatch Equipment, find the running error of the equipment,and offer the inquire function of communication information(data link,telephone line,breakdown compliled). If the <<Communication Equipment Monitoring And Cotrolling Management System>> (abbreviation CEMCMS) is established, it will greatly improve efficiency and level of daily monitoring and controlling management,and lay the foundation of the station establishing and running the new long-term management.
