Visual simulation is the most important form of virtual reality technology, according to the purpose of simulation, constructing simulation object three-dimensional model or reproducing a real environment, to achieve realistic simulation results, to tie in with other simulation systems research, analysis. On the real-time simulation system of the vehicle dynamics, how to display the vehicle location data dynamic changes in real-time, to make the research process more intuitive, richer results of research is the researchers's desired goal.Based on the technology of virtual reality and computer simulation, based around visual display of the objectives and requirements, this paper develop a certain amount of research work on following items: overall design of simulation system, the construction of virtual scenes, Rendering and driving scene,completed the visual shows of business bus as the simulation object and Proving Ground for Highway and Traffic the Ministry of Communications as the virtual environment.Research work includes proposed the visual system solutions for research projects, analysis of the function of visual system's various components, construct Proving Ground for Highway and Traffic the Ministry of Communications visual modeling based on the accurate measurement of data, carried out real-time dynamic display and test validation through render the terrain by the three-dimensional virtual reality simulation technology and drive models and scenes, and develop a visual display system for ADI simulation platform ultimately.Simulation results show that the design is reasonable, effective, each component module functions meet the design requirements, to prove the whole system design is feasible. Results of this study can be provide technical support and reference to interrelated virtual reality-based simulation of vehicle dynamics research.
