| With features of large scales and powerful purposes , Major events reflect the development and diversification of society veritably. More and more information resources related to major events use the network as an announcing and sharing platform. While, as the updating or collapsing of web site, network information resources may not be got or saved because of the link failure at any time. It is urgent to preserve the network information resources of major events which recorded the situations of economic, social and cultural development during a certain historical period. Currently, the problems of long term preserving of network information resources of major events attract attentions of the domestic and foreign governments, industrialists and academia. It is the key that how to construct the long term preserving system of network information resources of major events, in order to be preserved most comprehensively, economically, legally, and effectively. Long term preserving of network information resources of major events, which was organized in the form of a special subject, had been concentrated in the long term preserving project in the past, and a complete preservation program about this had never been proposed so far. Thus, the problems of long term preserving of network information resources of major events were analyzed.Then the structure of long term preserving system of network information resources of major events was proposed. To implement this system, five measures were given, including specification procedure, responsibility system, management system, economy system, and legislation system. The specific research contents were as follows:1) The study of theoretical basis of long term preserving of network information resources of major events. The related concepts of major evens were introduced, then some strategies were put forward, the range and pattern of long term preserving of network information resources of major events was restricted.2) The programming of long term preserving of network information resources of major events. The necessity of long term preserving of network information resources of major events was analyzed, then the general framework of this system was put forward.3) The construction of long term preserving system of network information resources of major events. To ensure the success of long term preserving of network information resources of major events, the process of this system was regulated through the following ways utter mostly, including responsibility rights, organization management, economical operation and legal guarantee.In this thesis, the long term preserving system of network information resources of major events was proposed, which preserved the historical memory and the digital heritage society, not only supplied a theoretical basis for long term preserving of network information resources, but also provided a new direction for the construction of informaiton resources and services. |
