| Moral responsibility is the real foundation for all ethical values, human beings become more mature by practising moral responsibility, the sociaty becomes more completed by the same way. Moral responsibility,which is the spiritual stay of the development of hunman beings and sociaty, exists every aspect of the social life. However, with the influence of multiple factors, such as complex social environment, the examination-oriented education of prefering intelligence to morality, and so on, some college students lose their faith and dreams, what's more, the moral anomie phenomenon happens often, the situation of moral responsibility is not optimistic. The college student is the leader of the social atmosphere and the backbone of the country constructure in the future. So the college moral responsibility is not only related to mental health, but also related to the further development of the China nation. Choosing the moral responsibility of the college student as the topic, because of the importance of moral responsibility, the worrying situation of the college students'moral responsibility and college education about morality.In particular, there are four sections to introduce the education of college students' moral responsibility:the first section is to clearly introduce the backgrand and significance of the topic, to summarize the articles, at nome and abroad, about college moral responsibility education, to choose the suitable research method, the new point and the shortcoming; the second section mainly discriminate "responsibility""moral responsibility""moral responsibility education"'and "college students'moral responsibility education", and expain the significance and value of themoral responsibility education; the third section trys to find the shortcomings of college responsibility education in aim, content and methods by listing some college students' moral anomie phenomenon, then brings up the idea that the situation of college students'moral responsibility education is very close to the heavy utilitarian tendency, the light traditional cultural influnce and ignoring the importance of moral education; the core content of the fourth section is to provide the advice of improving the effectiveness of the college students'moral responsibility education by studying on inherit traditional culture and learning from foreign moral education theory.In the frame of the college moral education system, this article's aim is to find a thinking paradigm combining filial piety with moral education, and to put it close to western moral education theory and experience, to achieve the effect of the education of improving the college students'moral responsibility.
