Study On The Present Situation And Improvement Strategy Of Filial Piety Education In Primary School Students

Filial piety is one of the main values in Chinese traditional culture.Primary school is the period when the main core values are formed.The spiritual appearance of primary school students can reflect the image of the country.Filial piety education is more and more important from primary school.It is of great significance for maintaining family stability and promoting social harmony to guide pupils to know the concept of filial piety and implement the behavior of filial piety in their life.In order to understand the current status of filial piety among primary school students,this study sorted out the current academic research on the connotation,value,significance,status quo and improvement strategies of filial piety education on the basis of literature review.At the same time,adopting the research method of combining questionnaire survey and interview,taking Quantang No.3 Primary School of Changsha County as an example,this paper studies and analyzes the implementation status of filial piety education among pupils.In the analysis of the present situation,it is found that there are some problems in the process of filial piety education,such as the lack of cognition of filial piety,the lack of emotional experience of filial piety,the need to strengthen the consciousness of filial piety and the lack of initiative in the behavior of filial piety.The reason is that the current elementary education present situation is grim of filial piety mainly by schools,families,and society three aspects factors,carries on the analysis from the aspects of family education focused on parents for elementary school students coddled,parents pay more attention to cultivate elementary student’s intelligence,parents role model in life are not effectively,etc.;School education pays attention to the theory of filial piety and neglects the education of filial piety and the depth of curriculum development.Social public opinion propaganda is not enough,filial piety education resource carrier is limited.Accordingly,this paper puts forward the improvement strategies of filial piety education for primary school students from three aspects:family,school and society.In the aspect of family education,we should adhere to the correct family education view,set up a good example of filial piety,create a good atmosphere of filial piety education,encourage children to carry out self-filial piety education,etc.In school education,we should pay more attention to it,develop characteristic courses,optimize teaching methods and advocate home-school cooperation.Social education plays a supporting role,with the help of new media actively promote excellent traditional culture,strengthen the publicity of filial piety education,constantly enrich the innovation of filial piety education culture carrier and other measures can help primary school students to form a correct outlook on life and values in life.
