Teacher Certification and could enjoy the state subsidies, but the overall education in Indonesia is still lower than other neighboring countries.In Indonesia, serving teachers could through three ways to obtained the Teacher Certification:①Direct award of Teacher Certification;②Through individual work capacity test evaluation form;③Teacher education and professional training of teachers. In-service teachers must complete the required number of documents (include: application form, the highest diploma, teacher training certificate, proof of teaching experience, planning and implementation of teaching, the higher the evaluation of evidence, proof of academic achievement, the proof of teacher professional development, the proof of research forum, the proof of experience has shown that educational organizations, the charter award certificate) could submit to the Ministry of Education provincial or municipal.At present, Teacher Certification in Indonesia has lost that's professionalism and trust.
