Policies Research Of The University Autonomous Enrollment In China

The enrollment policy of universities is an important part of higher education policy and the link connecting the secondary education and higher education, the development process always attracts people's attention. The autonomous enrollment is a new try, which is not give up the college entrance examination system. It is of great significance to deepen the reform of university enrollment system, expand the enrollment autonomy of university and select excellent talents. Since2001some universities have tried out the autonomous enrollment, the number of trial universities has been up, the range of distribution has expanded, the students of admission have increased, the enrollment form has varies every years. However, there are also many problems, for example, government intervention is excessive, the rights of the autonomous enrollment is limited, the selection standard is inflexible, the supervision system is not perfect, the problems of fair and sincerity are serious, all of these problems lead to deviation of the policy goal. In order to make more people clearly recognize the issues, this thesis takes the university autonomous enrollment policy in our country as the object of research, uses the method of policy analysis, documentation study and comparative study, fully analyzes the background, the progress, the choice of value and features, talks about the success and problems, introduces the current situation of the United States and Japan of universities enrollment and get some enlightenment, brings forward the aim of the adjustment of the d autonomous enrollment policy in our country, the train of thought and strategy of reform.The thesis consists of five parts:the first part is an introduction, which introduced why I want to study the policy, research situation, research ideas and research methods. The second part a+nalyzes the background, progress, the choice of value and features of autonomous enrollment policy. The third part talks about the success and problems in the current autonomous enrollment policy, and analyzes why there are so many problems. The fourth part introduces the current situation of the United States and Japan of universities enrollment, in order to get some enlightenment. The fifth part brings forward the aim of the adjustment of the autonomous enrollment policy in our country, the train of thought and strategy of reform.
