| Following the national personal system reformation, carrying out the teacher recruitment system is the background of the teacher recruitment of Baotou professional college. For the reason of heritage and imperfect system, the author introduces the experiences from international and domestic, puts forward to the thinking and suggestions on the reformation, on the basis of investigation, theoretical researching combining with practical experiences, is analyzing the social background, the policies from Inner Mongolia, hope to find a way to instruction and helpful advise suggestions.Focusing on the overstaffed in the long term, the author suggests that the staff concentrated on the positions, outlines the vision of respect the past and job-training, including transparency and active financial support and investments, college-enterprise complex and so on.This paper concludes fore sections:one is the background of teacher recruitments; the other is the specific status in my college; the third is to introduce the experience from international and domestic colleagues; the fourth is the vision and solution to be considered. In this paper, the research methods of literature research, access to a large number of relevant laws and regulations and policy measures, as well as involving teachers employed by research data; semi-structured interviews to select participants representative of the teacher employment visits to explore and analyze and summarize them for teacher employmentcomments and suggestions; case study method for the appointment of a typical event, and the case on behalf of the figure to reflect the real situation of the appointment of work. |
