| Nowadays the rapid developing economic society demands high skilled personnel urgently, but the students trained by the secondary vocational school can not be satisfied with the demand of the corporate positions. Because the curriculum model which used by the secondary vocational school can not meet the needs of personnel training in long-term. In order to train qualified personnel, the traditional subject-centered curriculum model must be changed into new comprehensive occupational ability curriculum model. On the basis of learning a wide range of domestic and international curriculum model, combined with the actual situation of the vocational school and broken the original segmented curriculum model, the new three-stage curriculum model makes the basic culture knowledge, professional theory knowledge, professional skill and the students practical training courses generate a regular law in accordance with people's comprehensive occupational ability and distributes successively and separately into each term from single to recombination and from simple to complex. That is the formation of the new three-stage model, which can be divided into the form stage of vocational core ability, the form stage of industry general ability and the form stage of job special ability. Tianjin HuiXiang Secondary Vocational and Technical School implemented it for practice and achieved better results.The article is divided into four parts. Part one introduces the background, the meaning, the purpose and the methods of curriculum model in the secondary vocational school; Part two introduces and analysis the content and the features of the new three-stage curriculum model and compare the new three-stage curriculum model with the traditional three-stage curriculum stage; Part three illustrates the basis, the principles and the process of the new three-stage curriculum model. Part four sets up an example of HuiXiang Secondary Vocational School to analysis and study the implementation of the new three-stage curriculum mode.Practice proved that the new three-stage curriculum model solved some problem of the traditional curriculum model on some extent. I hope this article can provide valuable reference to the colleges devoting to study the construction research of the curriculum model in secondary vocational school. |
