Reacher On Talents Training Mode Of "2+0.5+0.5" In Secondary Vocational School

The goal of secondary vocational education is to cultivate students' professional ability.The cultivation of professional ability is based on the guiding ideology of "employment oriented and ability standard".Vigorous development of the vocational education should actively promote the reform of education and teaching,the combination of learning with working,cooperation between school and enterprise,training mode of post practice.At present,the secondary vocational school widely practice the talents training mode of "2+1",namely two years of theoretical study in the school and one year of practice in enterprises.There are a few provinces carry out the talents training mode of "2.5+0.5",that is,to shorten the practice time,theoretical study in the school for 2.5 years,and practice in enterprise for 0.5 years.The current model has its advantages,but with the reformation of teaching,the development of economy and society,the current model has gradually revealed its defects,mainly in the two years of theory learning which did not get the maximum efficiency,declined tightness of school-enterprise cooperation,deficient management of students practice,which all hinder the promotion of students' comprehensive professional ability,weaken the competitiveness in the workplace.Even the new "2.5+0.5" talent training model is just to solve the problem of insufficient time of theory study,and not a good solution to the fundamental problem.In order to solve these problems,the author suggests carrying out the talents training mode of "2.5+0.5+0.5" in secondary vocational school,and considers how to adjust the practice time,how to establish effective mechanism of training feedback and practice management in enterprise,how to enlarge the depth and width of school-enterprise cooperation and how to improve the students' learning initiative and the teachers' passion of teaching reform.This paper used a lot of research method such as literature study,questionnaire survey,interview,case study and action research methods,to discusses the problem in current mode of "2+1" and "2.5+0.5",and to raise a new mode of 2+0.5+0.5,including its specific operational approach and implementation of security requirements.Under the mode of "2+0.5+0.5",students' practice in enterprise would be divided into "centralized practice" and "scattered practice".The feedback of "centralized practice" and the management of "scattered practice" would be taken seriously.The strength from enterprises throughout the whole teaching process would be emphasized.Students could have more chance to choose the major after occupation experimental training,which would promote their career awareness.The teacher would be more willing to reform the method of teaching.Of course,operation of this new mode would require the support from schools,enterprise and government.The school needs to build a better platform for cooperation,and to develop appropriate policies to encourage teachers and students.Enterprises need to have a stronger sense of social responsibility,willing to participate in the secondary vocational education.More important is that the government should give enough attention,the relevant departments should actively promote the school-enterprise cooperation;give enterprises more preferential policies and financial aid to attract more and more enterprises to participate in the secondary vocational education.
