| With complete credit system gradually implemented, the basic organizational form of university classes has been an unprecedented challenge. Class concept is fading. But with the current situation, class is still the main position of the ideological and political education and personnel training. University talents training cannot break away from the organization's unit of class, just completed by the teaching unit. According to the characteristics of different grades of classes and the actual needs of college students, we determine the theme of class work per academic year, which classes will start building around it.The paper puts the credit system and information into the background and summarizes the problems facing in the class construction. We also analyze the changes of the new generation of college students' class construction. We analyze the necessity of grade theme. Then the class construction stages researches were studied and the basic framework of grade model was conducted. The class construction theme of the first grade is to help students integrate into the theme of university life; the class construction theme of the second grade is to help students develop the overall quality; the class construction theme of the third grade is to meet the students' "three-independence" administration needs; the class construction theme of the forth grade is to build a better platform for information services in university graduates. In studies conducted in sub-grade, theme of the first grade focused on the scientific and rational system of class construction, open the backbone of the selection of students, the development of assistant in the major freshmen, participation in the class affairs and class bank for the poor college students; theme of the second grade focused on ideological and political education, social practice, scientific research innovation, class journal editing and professional societies; theme of the third grade focused on party branch in class, network information group, the building of virtual class and classified guidance for the group of college students; theme of the forth grade focused on adjustment of class organizations, communication channels, graduate management, concern to the mental health education and cultural construction of graduate. |
