Perspective Of Institutional Analysis On The Research Of Talent Training Of Higher Vocational Education

Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education, higher vocational education in China developed rapidly, it has become half of higher education since 1980s. Now the development of higher vocational education development priorities has changed from extension to building up content, which focuses on establishing talents training patterns of higher vocational education in China. After many years of researching , talents training patterns has gradually clear, that is, talents training patterns of higher vocational education is also called skilled training patterns, which train students'technical abilities, the ways of training depend on school-enterprise cooperation or combining work with study. But in China , the higher vocational educational training patterns has not really established. From the perspective of institutional analysis, there are some problems on talents training patterns of higher vocation. Firstly, in the training concept, the society doesn't attach importance to training skilled personnel; Secondly, in the ways of training, the enterprises to participate in vocational training lacks in enthusiasm; Thirdly, in the training mechanism, the vocational school is so inflexible that it can't adapt to the changing of the market. I think the talents training patterns of higher vocation is changing with the changing of vocational system. Because of the lagging of institutional changing, the corresponding system is inadequate, the system can not update itself, so that there are many problems on the talents training patterns. From the perspective of institutional analysis, there are several the factors on the talents training patterns of higher vocational education which can't really established: the outside formal system is insufficient, informal system of path dependence and higher vocational didn't complete the changed of market—oriented, so that it can't adapt to the changing of the market, etc. Through the above analysis, for improving the talents training patterns of higher vocation, This paper presents relevant strategies, for example, constructing the sharing knowledge of the talents training patterns; strengthening the regulatory and institutional construction; reforming the management system of Higher vocational Education...
