This paper is to start with the foreign training patterns; it makes concrete analysis on the domestic talents training's problems and shortcoming. Based on the problems, it expands the significance and importance of innovative talents in sciences and technology universities.This paper starts from the talents training patterns and its related theories, by anglicizing the present situation of the graduates of science and technology universities, deducting the global features of talents quality requirement, anglicizing the differences between college talents training and enterprises requirements, putting forward the eight education thoughts of constructing innovative talents training pattern as well as the five basic principles which needed to obey. Adopting system integration methods, planning accordingly, Optimal growth, systematic design in terms of talents training target and characteristic, talents training process, talents training system, talents training evaluation, etc. As a consequence, it constructs the new training patterns of innovative talents in science and technology universities.
