| In recent years,with the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiatives,the pace of "going global" of domestic enterprises has been accelerating,but they are also faced with various difficulties such as the prominent problem of overseas recruitment,the low level of local skilled workers,the weak sense of cultural identity,and the high cost of domestic workers going abroad for work.“We will strengthen cooperation between vocational schools and Chinese-funded enterprises overseas,support vocational colleges in running schools abroad,foster a number of "Luban Workshops",and train local technical and skilled personnel who are familiar with traditional Chinese culture and are badly needed by Chinese-funded enterprises”,The Action Plan on Improving Quality and Cultivating Excellence in Vocational Education(2020-2023),issued by the Ministry of Education in 2020,clearly states that China’s vocational education should accelerate the training of talents urgently needed for international industrial capacity cooperation.Therefore,it is not only the practical need of Chinese enterprises "going out",but also the need of China’s economic and social development to study the training mode of international talents in China’s higher vocational education.Liuzhou SAIC-GM-Wuling established its production base in Indonesia in August 2015.In order to accelerate the cultivation of local talents that meet the company’s overseas production and operation needs and better participate in the international competition,SAIC-GM-Wuling and Liuzhou C College jointly established the China-Indonesia SGMW Automotive College to recruit Indonesian students to study in China.This paper takes the internationalization talent training mode of Sino-Indonesia SGMW Automotive College of Automotive in Liuzhou C College as the research object,discusses the talent training status quo of Liuzhou C College.It points out successful experience and deficiency in the process of international talent training,and then draws lessons from foreign international talent cultivation strategies and measures,and finally puts forward the strategy of international personnel training in China’s higher vocational education.In general,the paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,the literature review,the significance of the research and the research design.The second part is mainly about the relevant concept definitions and theoretical foundations.The core concepts such as higher vocational education,international talents,talents training and strategy of this paper are defined.And this part also introduces the demand-oriented theory,human capital theory and competency model,which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of talents training.The third part analyzes current situation of talents training in higher vocational education.According to the international talents training program as well as the questionnaire survey and interview of personnel training condition of Sino-Indonesia SGMW Automotive College in Liuzhou C College,the author understands present situation of international talents training in higher vocational education.In the fourth part,the author endeavors to find out problems and analyze reasons for the problems of international talents training in higher vocational education.Through analyzing the inadequacies in talents cultivation of Sino-Indonesia SGMW Automotive College in Liuzhou C College,this part finds out the reasons for the problems in the training of international talents in higher vocational education.The fifth part puts forward the improvement strategy of international talents training in higher vocational education.In view of the problems and causes existing in the training of international talents,four improvemen t strategies are proposed.First,set up the goal of international talents training with school-based characteristics.Second,complete the process of international talents training.Third,optimize the training system for internati onal talents.Fourth,build an internal guarantee system for the quality of international talents cultivation.The last part is mainly a conclusion and a prospect.The research results of this paper are summarized,and the corresponding results obtained by Sino-Indonesia SGMW Automotive College in Liuzhou C College after the implementation of the improvement strategies are analyzed,and a prospect for the future development of international talent training in higher vocational education is made.The author hopes that the improvement strategies of this study can play a certain guiding role in the international talent training of Sino-Indonesia SGMW Automotive College in Liuzhou C College,and provide a reference for other vocational colleges who would like to make the research of international talent training. |
