Different special action have different technical structure, and required to attend work of muscles strength is different also. In boxing training in the general power and special strength both close relationship between relatively independent each other again. For boxing athletes, with excellent general power does not mean that has good struck ability. That is the man and triceps-act 100kg, keep boxing dozen force is only 200kg, but lie push 70kg person, only for straight up. 280kg boxing force perhaps This is due to boxing strength depends not only on the upper limb power, more important is the legs, waist, abdominal muscle coordination. Therefore, in training must handle general power and special strength, fully realize the relationship between the two combine closely, common development to build in compliance with female boxing project characteristic of power ability. For those who already have good general power boxing athletes, if strength training still stay average strength training phase, then the special scores, enhancing effect will not obvious.This article through the literature material hair, questionnaire investigation, expert interview and mathematical statistics and the experimental method, to the three northeast provinces total 30 female boxing athletes about experimental object through four months of special strength training method intervention, finally to test data were finishing, statistical analysis, it is concluded that the female boxing athletes body parts muscle strength quality level in special strength training method of intervention after improved significantly, the development of female boxing athlete's strength quality must be combined with the characteristics of female athletes to formulate, general training load should formulate the in 70% - 80 percent between, small weight, much time, exchange speed training methods, and pay attention to women's menstrual periods of mental and physical protection. With conventional general strength training method, compared to special strength training method to improve female boxing the athletes' physical quality level has obvious advantages.
