| The Chinese fin swimming team is closing in on a world lead in the women’s event.The excellent performance was closely related to the scientific and rigorous training methods of the fin swimming team’s researchers and coaches.Fin swimming is a typical speed and power project,which has its special characteristics and requires high quality of the athletes.This study takes the special strength training characteristics of high-level female athletes of national team,provincial team and college team as the main research object.By using the methods of literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics and tracking observation,this paper analyzed the characteristics of fin swimming,the body shape and special strength quality of high-level female athletes,the arrangement,content,methods and means of special strength training,and drew the following conclusion:(1)At present,fin swimming is in a leading position in the world,especially for female athletes.Fin swimming is a sport that focuses on speed and strength,with its unique technical and training characteristics.Scientific special strength training can effectively improve the sports performance of high-level female fin swimmers in my country.(2)A study on the female athletes of the national fin swimming team found that there are certain differences in body shape among high-level female fin swimmers in my country according to different categories of events.The special strength training of female fin swimmers has the characteristics of comprehensiveness,stages,differences and transformation.(3)The special strength training of high-level female fin swimmers in my country is divided into three stages: preparation,pre-competition and transition.Special strength training is arranged according to the characteristics of each stage.Generally,the training time ratio of water and land is 1:1.In order to realize that the strength of fin swimmers can be effectively exerted in water,water and land are fully integrated in special strength training,special strength training is combined with general strength training on land,and weight-bearing resistance exercise is the main training content in water.(4)Exercises with different loads are used according to the special strength required by the distance of the project.Short-distance events use high-intensity and high-load training methods to develop athletes’ special speed strength.Medium-and long-distance events use low-intensity,low-load continuous training methods and interval training.Method and circuit training method to develop the strength and endurance of athletes.(5)The special strength training of high-level female fin swimmers will be affected by the training monitoring of coaches and teams,the psychological and physical status of female athletes,injuries and recovery,competition goals and plan implementation. |
