The quality of graduate's education which is the top of higher education is most important to the cultivation of our country's talents in 21th century. However, as the quantity of graduate recruits has got lager and the academic pressure of graduate teacher has got higher, the quality of graduate's education is becoming weaker. We all know that class teaching is the basis of teaching and the quality of class teaching has great effects on teaching quality. While the improvement of classing teaching quality depends on the useful information which is provided by class teaching evaluation. Therefore, the author focused on the graduates'class teaching evaluation, put the ACSI model into the graduates'class teaching evaluation and designed the GCT-CSI (graduates class teaching customer satisfaction index) model and related index system. Then the author modified the scale according to the results of previous survey. After this, the author made twice survey aiming to the curriculums which were studied by graduates of 2008. The first survey referred to 15 curriculums and 369 students and there were 329 valid cases. The author made reliability and structure validity analysis and modified the GCT-CSI model. In the second survey, the sample quantity was enlarged and referred to 22 curriculums and 656 students. There were 597 valid cases. The author analyzed the valid data and the results showed that the reliability of the scale was 0.972. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the modified model had good structure validity and model fit analysis showed the latent variables of modified GCT-CSI model had good relationships one another. All the analysis proved that modified GCT-CSI model could be used in graduates'class teaching evaluation. Finally, the author put the valid 329 cases and 597 cases together and made detailed descriptive analysis, customer satisfaction index analysis, independent-samples t test and importance-satisfaction matrix analysis. In addition, the author put forward related suggestions which were about how to improve the quality of graduates'classing teaching and how to perfect graduates'classing teaching evaluation.
