Class-teaching,remains one of the main and basic organization forms in the process of cultivating of Master's degree in China,it is a key aspect of master professional knowledge,skills,innivation,it is take a very important role in the cultivating.Good or bad the quality of class-teaching have a direct impact on the quality of the graduates' cultivating.Along with the expansion of the scale of graduate education,Master's teaching quality pay more and more attention,graduate as a direct participant,whether or not they are satisfied,the degree of satisfaction,will provide valuable information.for improving the quality of teaching.However,the literature search found that the research of graduates' class-teaching 'satisfaction has a few weak. Read further discovered that more research-based practice in the field of Jingyanzhitan, did not rise to the theory,no clear "master teaching" and "master class-teaching" had been defined,it is bound to bring Obstruction to standardize the research.As a result, well-defined the concept of "graduate class-teaching",to use empirical methods to study the satisfaction degree of graduates' class-teaching and learning is extremely important and necessary.Based on the literature analysis,this study'questionnaire is by self-made,from the teaching quality of teachers,teaching standards,teacher-student interaction,students self-rating,576 graduate be surveyed from seven universities of our country,and 15 graduates be done in-depth interviews.Survey results show that:First,graduates have a high degree of recognition on the importance of class-teaching,but does not attach importance to their own curriculum,and think that schools do not emphasis on classroom teaching.Secondly,graduates'overall satisfaction number in both the of "satisfactory" and "general".Compared with the professional courses,in political class,the satisfaction of teaching and learning is the lowest,followed is foreign language classes.Courses for students,the satisfaction of "education" than "study".public courses and professional courses in teaching and learning are significant difference in the different grades'graduates.As well as previous professional interest have significant difference.Third,graduate's overall satisfaction of teaching and learning have extremely significant correlation in teacher's quality of teaching,teacher's standard, teacher-student interaction and graduates' self-assessment,and between teaching and learning also have Extremely significant correlation.Based on the findings of this study,put forward the following four aspects of measures and proposals:universities should put an end to strengthen the paper,take important in Graduate's teaching;specialized teachers should pay attention to their own teaching quality and levels;Graduate should be strengthened Self-management, self-restraint;extra-curricular guidance and communication in teacher-student under the class should be strengthened.
