Research On The Evaluation Index System Of Students’ User Satisfaction In Online Teaching System

In recent years,with the continuous development of network technology and education modernization,online teaching system has gradually attracted people’s attention and has been widely used in the education industry.With the advantages of Internet and communication technology,online teaching system enables users to obtain learning resources anytime and anywhere through the network for autonomous learning without the limitation of time and space,which solves the problem of unbalanced educational resources to a certain extent.As a product of the information age,online teaching system needs to adapt to the needs of the development of information society,and always pay attention to the learning needs and experience feedback of users.Therefore,we need to evaluate the online teaching system in order to provide better services for users.Because the research on online teaching system in China started relatively late,the domestic research on online teaching mainly focuses on teaching design,teaching effect and teaching method reform,and the research on user satisfaction evaluation is not high.Therefore,this paper evaluates online teaching system from the perspective of users,focusing on user satisfaction,In order to provide a theoretical reference for the evaluation of online teaching system,the evaluation index system of online teaching system is established.This study mainly adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process,principal component analysis and factor analysis.Firstly,on the basis of literature research,this paper summarizes the factors that affect the user satisfaction of online teaching system,and based on the theory and model of user satisfaction,combined with the previous research results,initially constructs the evaluation model of user satisfaction of online teaching system,and determines the evaluation index of user satisfaction of online teaching system.Secondly,the opinions of experts and users are investigated by questionnaire,and the index weights of expert group and user group are calculated by AHP.Then the weighted mean method is used to calculate the final index weight,and the online teaching system evaluation index system based on user satisfaction is established.Then,in the form of questionnaire,this paper evaluates and analyzes the user satisfaction of three online teaching systems with high frequency of use,and puts forward corresponding suggestions according to the analysis results.Finally,the main conclusions and shortcomings of this paper are summarized,and the future research is prospected.
