With the rapid development of social economy, our country transforms to be a powerful nation of human resources. An important way to achieve this transformation is education. The occupation teaching is especially related to the social economic development. While with the development of our country , we need the person who is not only skilled technical workers, but also quality and qualified citizens .China's secondary occupation education development requires not only strengthen the skills training , but also to strengthen the ideological and moral cultivation and cultural quality cultivation. On the other hand, from the reality of occupation education development, we get the support of national policy, we face with important development opportunities. Due to the influence of utilitarianism, the current secondary vocational education, they only pay attention to the technical training, do not pay attention to ideological education" The construction of campus culture cannot be effective in short-term, it is difficult to obtain the school managers. If the students only have the capacity and technology, but lack of culture and quality, It's hard to say they are qualified personnel. To a great extent, they are dangerous. Therefore, strengthening the medium occupation school campus cultural construction is to make up for the current lack of occupation education development, it can make the secondary vocational school's development come back to the rational, come back to education goal and process.Therefore, my study draws lessons from famous Chinese educator Mr. Huang Yanpei's" high occupation education" thought, from the more overall open horizon scan the medium occupation school campus cultural construction problems, and proposes the corresponding solution strategy. In Mr. Huang Yanpei's high occupation education thought, the important guiding significance thought to the medium occupation school culture construction mainly includes: Occupation education is the achievement of human life, and it can achieve a man's whole life; Occupation education is systematic, lifelong learning; Occupation education development must strengthen contact to the enterprises; Occupation education must be closely related to the society; Occupation education must take the road of civilians and personalized. And now the problems of medium occupation school campus culture construction mainly have: the construction of campus culture lacks outlook on life,the guidance of values and penetration; Campus culture construction is closed, and it is not closely connected to the society and companies. Campus cultural activities lack systematicness, isolated and the activity design is also scattered. The construction of campus culture is formalization, and it lacks the internal connection of student occupation development. We based on and fully absorbed the lessons from Huang Yanpei" high occupation education" thought. Combined with the current secondary occupation school campus culture construction, we have a thorough analysis in the existing problems, This study put forward"high occupation view"of the campus culture construction: Focus on the lifelong development, we use the correct values leading campus culture activities; We should closely contact with society, we can be in the form of fine quality in the service of social practice; Strengthening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, professional skill development will be combined with enterprise culture; Around the occupation career, education will be designed, it will promote the construction of campus culture and make it systematic, substantially.
