| Physics teaching in small class is a new organizational form of teaching which is adapt to curriculum reform and also is the trend of today's physical education reform. Because the class size is small, Physics teaching can take a more flexible teaching method which will highlight the dominant position of students and also promote individual development and overall development of students. Such measures can make students Improve the ability to explore and cultivate the spirit of innovation in the process of learning physics knowledge. And also physics teaching in small class put forward higher requirements of physical ability of teacher.This paper uses the literature analysis and survey questionnaire to research core competence of physics teachers who work in small class of junior high school. First, I determine the general direction of the paper is ability of teachers working in small class according to the usual thinking. Second, I collect and sorts data, and then form the research topics of this paper which is "Research on the Core Competence of Physics Teachers in the Background of Small Class Teaching". Third, I make theoretical analysis according to information obtained, and then carry out survey based on the theoretical analysis. Finally, based on theoretical analysis and Investigation, I make recommendations on improving the capacity of physics teachers working in small class from three respects of teacher,school and educational and administrative departments .This thesis consists of introduction, the theoretical basis, theoretical analysis, survey and recommendations. The core content is the theoretical analyses which compare the physics teaching in small class with that in large class from five aspects of teaching objectives,teaching methods,teacher-student interaction,personal guidance and experimental teaching. On this basis, I summarize the core competencies required for physics teachers on the background of small class teaching, the ability to interact with students and understand the characteristics of students,the ability to hierarchical design teaching,the ability to organize manage and guide group cooperative learning,the ability to guide the exploratory experiments,feedback capability in class,the ability of individual guidance. |
