Nowadays, the phenomenon of rural teacher flow which hinders the construction for high quality of rural teacher's troops is widespread. It has a great influence on the rural education and makes difficulty for achieving the education balance and fair.There are several complex elements for rural teacher flow, this article do some relative research focused on the family factors which is one of the elements. It uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research method. Through the long time investigation of one rural school, questionnaire survey of some schools in Feidong County, Anhui province, the research tries to reflect the process, status, influence and some elements of rural teacher flow objectively. The key point will be located on the research on the function and definite content of family factors. And base on all, think about the tactics.The research considers that the motive of rural teacher flow derives from various kinds of needs, and family needs are the most important and emergency ones in the bottom. Family factors are one of the most import elements for most rural teachers'first or more times flow. Three categories of family factors include domesticity factor, psychology factor and children education factor affect the rural teacher independently or synthetically. At the same time, family as first ascribed conduction plays a key role in deciding flow comes true or not.In the present conditions, to solve the rural teachers flow problems, we must be careful with "teacher fixed rotate system". On the basis of theoretical discussion about rationality of rural teacher flow and analysis of needs which arouse the motive of rural teacher flow, different flow must be treated differently. We should pay close attention to work-family conflict of rural teacher, and put the bar system into effect for remitting the contradiction which arouse the rural teachers flow .The teacher flow which oriented by individual values completely must be kept down. Through various endeavors, reclaim the development space for rural teachers.
