The face of today's information society, learning of the rapid development of higher order thinking skills has become necessary for the 21st century, the ability of learners. WebQuest is the United States Department of Educational Technology San Diego State University's Bernie ? Dodge (Bernie Dodge) and Dr. Tom ? March (Tom March) created a web collaboration platform, based on the topic of inquiry learning model, the main concern is how to use information to help learners to develop analysis, synthesis and evaluation of higher order thinking skills. Therefore, how to better cultivate the practice of teaching higher order thinking skills learners should be given the full attention of our new task.This will be based on the theoretical basis of higher order thinking skills, combined with junior high school mathematics curriculum standards, instructional design WebQuest to explore in depth the key elements to design higher order thinking skills training oriented teaching middle school math WebQuest case, and to practical application in individual cases.
