Information technology courses'teaching has great significance of training information literacy for students. PBL is promoted to the problem-centered, learners take the initiative to explore the problem, make the problem of information collection, evaluate the problem, do the cooperative research with others, and it is the learning process that raises solutions to problems. This paper proposes the construction of PBL's model about information technology curriculum in high school. The teaching process is divided into two steps, the first step is to train the scheme's design capacity about problem-solving of students, mainly inspects on the student's ability to identify problems, collect the relevant information to the question, sort and process the information, put forward the hypothesis of schemes for the solution to the problems, and examine the skills to learn new knowledge and master the problem for students, investigate students'skills about active learning, active exploration spirit of cooperation in the process of proposing the problem-solving. The second step is to train the skills of the actual problem-solving and attention to practical ability of students after the process of proposing the problem-solving. In the process of practicing, would bring up self-values and attitudes of students, enable students to contact with the real-life, learning while doing, make the knowledge into practice.This paper is based on a lot of literature research and personal trials, then understand the basic present status of information technology courses'education and reform, the existing problems of classroom teaching, combined with the developments of information technology education at home and abroad, and is based on the constructivism theory and educational theory of information, proposes the student-centered research, problem-driven, allows learners to research before a real problem, through the depth of the problem and the learners'further thought, do the explore cooperation according to the needs of learners, with the support of information technology, to collect relevant information and process information, evaluate issues and propose solutions, and teachers process the guidance , assistance and supervision, so as to enhance the learner's problem solving information literacy abilities, and lifelong learning values.
