Teaching efficacy is not only an important variable quality to promote the professional growth of teachers and students in the development, but also an important aspect of teachers'quality. Teaching efficacy are subjective judgments of teachers whether their behavior and academic performance can influence on students'ability and studying devotion. Existing researches show that teaching effect are relate to teaching behavior and student achievement, etc. Meanwhile, it is a key factor of affecting teachers'teaching motivation, teaching initiative, the effort of teaching and the insistence of teaching difficulties. So there is great significance to study the impact of teaching efficacy. The aim of this paper is to investigate the teaching efficacy of teachers of primary schools in Chaoyang, Liaoning province. Then, we can analysis influencing factors and the reasons of regional differences to this subject. Finally, I propose countermeasures and suggestions to increase the teaching effectiveness of primary school teachers in Chaoyang.This paper consist of five parts:The first part is prolegomenon: this part focuses on the background, purpose, meaning and related concepts of teaching efficacy.The second part is the literature review: The main point of this part is self-efficacy theory, content, structure and measurement, effect and role of teaching efficacy. And then I review the main research areas of domestic and foreign literature. Finally, I put forward the existing problems research.The third part is the main part of this study. I introduce the major research methods and tools in this paper.The fourth part is the results of the analysis and discussion. First, I analyse the teaching efficacy of all primary school teachers in Chaoyang, , and I make a comparative analysis to different demographic characteristics teachers'teaching of efficacy, then I analyze affecting factors to teaching efficacy of primary school teachers, and finally I make a comprehensive discussion based on the former analysis.The fifth part are the conclusions and recommendations. I summarize its present situation an influence factors in teaching efficacy of primary school teachers of Chaoyang. Finally, I propose the rational countermeasures and suggestions to improve the Chaoyang primary school teaching efficacy based on the analysis and discussion.
